Paddington Station, with easy connections to Heathrow Airport, is only half a mile away, as is the A40(M) motorway. The underground stations of Lancaster Gate, Queensway, Bayswater, and Paddington are all within a few minutes' walking distance and provide access to the Central, Circle, Bakerloo, District, Elizabeth, and Hammersmith & City lines. There are bus stops on the Bayswater Road and at Paddington Station with regular services to the West End.
Across the road from Corringham are several convenience stores and restaurants. The shopping facilities of Queensway and Westbourne Grove are just around the corner; they include The Whiteley London and the famous Porchester Baths. Oxford Street, Notting Hill, Kensington, Knightsbridge, and Mayfair can be reached by public transport or by walking a short distance through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
